SITE:
This 3.5 acre site located on Wisconsin Avenue in Upper Georgetown backs up to the grounds of the Naval Observatory.

PROGRAM:
Design a mixed-use facility to include 172 luxury condominium units, 160,000 square feet of office space, a television studio and a 700-car underground garage.

SOLUTION:
The residential and office wings are distinct yet complementary and form an entry courtyard which opens onto Wisconsin Avenue. The design promotes views across the Naval Observatory grounds and beyond to the National Monuments along the Mall. The National Cathedral can also be viewed from the upper floors. Other amenities include a private health club with swimming pool, a sun deck and a recreation center for the residential wing.
