All windows will be replaced, and all units will be fitted with new washers and dryers. All bathrooms will be gutted and supplied with new flooring, tiling, fixtures, and appliances. All kitchens will be gutted and supplied with new cabinetry and Energy Star certified refrigerators and dishwashers. 13 handicapped-accessible units will be provided, and a new leasing office will be built.
